This class brings together two of my passions, Yoga and Thai Yoga. Postures exploring the ‘10 Zen’ lines or meridians forming part of our energetic matrix. Following the traditional Thai energy flow foot to head (earth to peace) and the meeting of body and mind through movement and stillness.
