Awareness of breathing. controlling the breathing. Sampling Pranayama (breath/energy control), meditation and indulging in relaxation. “enjoy yourself…explore yourself…embrace yourself”. Classes are themed and sequenced creating a body and mind experience with a feeling of being, “lighter…longer…looser”.
