Just like the delicious Mille – Feuille, we are made of layers (Koshas). This class looks at unpacking these layers, letting go and releasing parts of our selves’ layer by layer. Each Yoga posture exploring a deeper layer a Kosha. ‘Maya’ means ‘illusion’. Our five Kosha’s Annamaya (physical body), Pranamaya (energy body), Manamaya, (mind) Vijnanamaya (knowing), Anandamaya (reality).
