Escott Ltd and my commitment to every student and client is to offer the best service based on the qualifications and training we have. The products and services offered share a relationship and an interconnection with health and wellbeing. Our aim is to continue maintaining and developing those services to the best standards possible. Our Yoga classes are lesson planed, some of the Yoga classes maybe recorded for training and quality purposes. Our Integrated Massage Therapy Treatments are tailored to the individual. Our ethos is one of compassionate, thoughtfulness, and understanding, through the principles of ‘Metta’ and ‘Ahimsa’ defined as love and kindness. We believe a positive and healthy relationship is built with mutual respect and trust.

Customer Agreement

Registration, bookings, payment, confirmation, refunds

I understand I am required to fill in a registration form and health questionnaire to attend Yoga classes.

I understand I am required to fill in a registration form and health questionnaire to receive a Massage Therapy Treatment.

I understand that online virtual Yoga classes are booked via website. 

I understand that payment for online virtual Yoga classes is via BACS.

I understand I will receive Yoga class booking confirmation and payment notification from Escott Ltd via email to the email address on the registration form.

I understand I will receive an email of the Zoom link for Yoga classes booked before the class starts to the email address on the registration form.

I understand that it is Escott Ltd Company discretion to issue refunds.

Health and Indemnity 

Escott Ltd is a fully insured company.

I understand and acknowledge by attending Yoga classes I am medically fit and well to participate.

I understand to STOP if I feel unwell. If something doesn’t ‘feel good’ STOP, ADJUST, REST. if I feel any pain STOP, ADJUST, REST. I understand if I need to contact my GP.

Your privacy – Your privacy is as valuable as our privacy.

Escott Ltd data is stored securely and encrypted.
